The new kit measures 11" L x 7" Tall x 8" front to back.
This Kit includes all the parts you will need to build a Treasure Chest. All the wooden parts are pre-cut for easy assembly. Instructions are included in the package.
A bare bones kit where you can pick your own options and make your own Baseball Card Box, Jewelry Box, Hawaiian Pirate Chest or Collectors Box. Paint it your favorite color or stain it and add leather trim to make it look like a Pirate Treasure Chest.
The kit comes with no feet, no handles and no trim on the sides of the front and back. Then you can add your choice of leather or colored trim or Solid Brass handles.
This Value Pak kit will come with the brass hinges, brass chain (for the lid holder), brass tacks, and brass screw nails and screws, and is made of the same sturdy construction we are noted for.
Solid wood construction Made in the USA.
And if you want to secure your Chest you have a choice of: Black Hasp and Steel Padlock, Rusty Hasp and Rusty Padlock or a Brass Latch.
Or...if you don't want to put it together yourself we have the Hawaiian Chest Assembled but not stained or painted. That way you can put your own personal touch on it.

Old Looking Solid Cast Brass drawer pulls used as handles for the Treasure Chest.
Please tell us if you are using the pulls on a kit so that we can send you pieces of wood that don't have holes pre-drilled. These handles are mounted with screws from the outside.
Sold in pairs with screws. Measures 3-1/4"" x 1-1/4". Holes are 3" on center.

We provide (4) lengths of strap for the front/back and (2) longer ones for the top and enough brass tacks to attach to the chest.
The kit also includes (2) pieces for the handles.
The Brass Buckle acts as a lid lifter. See "More Photos" for an example of the buckle.

But it is better that you put the other stuff on after you stain or paint the chest. You can order the leather kits to make it look like one of our Pirate Chests that we show elsewhere. This assembled chest can be used for your collection of sport/action figure cards or as a jewelry box for the top of the dresser. Its just the right size for the Barbie Doll collector too.
