Pirate Chest 2 Large Chest with New Leather Trim

This larger Pirate Treasure Chest is trimmed in New Black Leather and hand rubbed with 2 coats of Black Walnut stain as pictured. It comes with a standard small 1/2 tray. You can order the full length tray for an extra charge. Both trays can be used to store small treasures or your collection of coins, stamps, pictures, magazines... 
 
All of our Chests are hand made here in the USA, by us. 

Our Pirate Chest measures 18" wide, 14" tall and 11" deep (front to back).

This Chest features a curved, domed top with either leather, brass,  handles. Please make your selection from the options.

Or you can Order it unfinished and either stain or paint it the color of your choice. See Unfinished Pirate Chest.  
 
And we also have a leather covered chest with leather straps and Pirate Buckles. The straps are new Black Leather  and the Black Leather covering is Genuine USA suede. See Black Leather Pirate Chest.
 
The lid is held open with a brass plated chain and it is fitted with brass plated hinges.
You can choose from a selection of handles in the options.
Don't forget to choose the HideAway Kit. (A false bottom to hide small items.)
 
And if you want to secure your Chest you have a choice of: Black Hasp and Steel Padlock, Rusty Hasp and Rusty Padlock or a Brass Latch. 
 
Pirate Chest 3 with Leather Straps and Snaps

This Pirate Chest features Solid Brass Harness Buckles on real leather straps and comes with a small tray like the other chests in our collection.

The new Black Leather Straps and side handles are cut from USA cowhide and manufactured right here in Ohio by Amish Tradesmen.
All of our Chests are hand made here in the USA, by us and are made of White Pine and Baltic Birch.
The top straps are used to hold everything together when moving the chest and fasten at the bottom with brass snaps. There are no feet on this chest as it sits directly on the ground like the old Pirate Chests.
 
The Chest only comes in Black Walnut stain and has brass plated hinges and a brass chain to act as a lid support. We hand rub 2 coats of Black Walnut stain into the wood, let it soak in for awhile then hand wipe it off for a deep rich finish.
 
It also features a Latch that is included in the price.The Latch can be used to hold the lid and bottom together when transporting with the straps unsnapped.
A hasp can be installed instead of the Latch. Please select from the options.
And if you want to secure your Chest you have a choice of: Black Hasp and Steel Padlock, Rusty Hasp and Rusty Padlock or a Brass Latch.

Pirate Chest 1 with New Leather Trim and Buckle

This Pirate Treasure Chest is trimmed in New Leather and hand rubbed with 2 coats of Black Walnut stain. It comes with a tray that can be used to store small treasures.

It can also be used to store all those treasures like the current issue of Field and Game, rifle and shotgun cartridges, his/her favorite handgun or the last Nascar programs.  

These Chests can be ordered in Black Walnut stain with Leather Trim, curved lid and your choice of handles (please make your selection from the options). Brass,  Leather or no handles. 

The lid is held open with a brass plated chain and it is fitted with brass plated hinges.
The domed top is standard.
Please note: the Leather Handles are standard and come with the chest. The Buckle on the lid is also standard but you can order the Antique or Bright Brass colored Latch instead.

Pirate Chest 6 with Leather Trim Latch and HideAway
Our Price: $39.95

Use this Desk Top size Pirate Chest as a Jewelry Box for the Dresser or as a Pencil Box for the desk.

Measures 15"x6"x6" and is trimmed in real USA cowhide.

Comes with leather handles, side and top trim and an Antique colored Brass Latch. A brass plated chain holds the lid and it is fitted with brass hinges. Or you can choose the Bright Brass colored Latch from the options. See this link.

The Chest also comes with a HideAway compartment in the bottom to hold those secret things. A finger hole opens the false bottom for storage. See this link to get an idea of the HideAway compartment.

Can be fitted with a Rusty Lock or Black Steel Lock and hasp instead of the Latch. Please choose from the options.


The standard stain is Black Walnut that is shown but can be shipped with a wonderful Cherry Stain that is custom made for us. Please choose from the options. See this link for the Cherry Stain color.

This Small Rusty Padlock will add an old look to your Treasure Chest Kit, Unfinished Chest or Pirate Chest. Measures 2-1/2" x 1-1/2" and comes with 2 keys.
Black Iron Hasp
Our Price: $5.50

Add this Black Iron Hasp along with a Steel Padlock to your Indiana Jones Chest or Pirate Chest.

You can add it either as part of your Kit or we'll mount it for you.
