This Unfinished Treasure Chest measures 18" wide, 14" tall and 11" deep (front to back).
It is completly assembled, ready for you to sand and can be ordered with a
1/2 tray that is used to store small items.
The chest is made of USA White Pine and Imported Birch by Amish Tradesmen in Ohio.
You can choose to upgrade to the Larger Tray. Please select from the options.
If you would like to decorate your treasure chest as we do with colored or leather trim you can select from different colors in the options list. All of the colors are the same price $4.50. Please click on the Accent Trim Kit.
We supply enough trim for the sides, handles and strips to go over the top.
The lid is held open with a brass plated chain and it is fitted with brass plated hinges.
The domed top is standard.
You can choose from a selection of handles in the options.
Don't forget to choose the
HideAway Kit. The HideAway is a false bottom that has a finger hole for removal. The really neat thing about it is that you can adjust the level of the bottom so that you can hide larger items.
(For a limited time the HideAway will be offered at no charge.)
We can mount the options for you. If you intend to paint or stain the chest you can just take them off.
We also have 2" x 1/4"thick Baltic Birch wooden letters that are hand-cut by craftsmen right here in Ohio. You can use the letters to personalize your Treasure Chest. (Just enter the number of letters you want in the quantity and then list the letters you want in the customer notes when you checkout.)
The letters are unstained and can be painted, stained or sealed in a contrasting color. We will send the letters to you so that you can place them on the chest yourself.
You can also choose the Brass Name Plate from the options, please remember to tell us what name you would like. You can tell us in the customer notes when you check out.
