Hand made in the USA, it is made of White Pine and Imported Birch. Brass trim nails and tacks will decorate and reinforce the construction. A slot is cut in the top for the cards to pass through and can be seen in the photo.

Painted "Gloss White" by Amish craftsmen in Ohio and given 2 coats of clear sealer, the Chest is then assembled with brass hinges, brass chain and a fancy bright brass latch on the front. There are several colors of Accent Trim available. Please select from the options.  

The trim in the photo is reflecting "off" white because of the light, but it is white.  

You can also choose a small operational "Heart Lock" from the options. And the Chest can be ordered with Solid Brass Handles or no handles at all. Also choose the feet or no feet. This Chest measures 15" x 8" tall (without feet) x 9-1/2" front to back.  

If you choose the Brass Name Plate from the options, please remember to tell us what name you would like. You can tell us in the customer notes when you check out. The name plate will be attached to the lid in the center front.
