Pirate Chest with USA Cowhide Suede covering the front, top and back. 

All of our Pirate chests are made in the USA, by us.

 

The case is made from scratch, the stain and leather are applied by hand and all of the accessory trim is applied with brass tacks.

 

The color shown here is Buckskin but can be ordered in Black or Brown Suede also.

The straps that fasten with snaps at the bottom are in Natural English Leather but can be ordered in Black or Oiled leather (which shows as dark brown). Please select from the menu.

 

The harness buckles, are brass. The hinges, tacks and chain are brass plated. The Latch is imported and is Antique Brass.

 

The Box is stained with 2 coats of a Black Walnut stain, inside and out. 
  

Top Grain Leather in Black or Brown can be ordered at a higher cost. Please send us an email or call to order in Top Grain.

The treasure chest measures 15" long, 14 1/2" high and 9 1/2" deep.

 

At a later date the larger chest in our line will also be offered covered in leather.

This is a 15" Pirate Chest with USA Cowhide Suede covering the front, top and back and comes with the solid Brass Buckles and Snaps.

All of our Pirate chests are made in the USA, by us. The case is made from scratch, then the stain and leather are applied by hand and all of the accessory trim is added with care.  

The Suede Chest measures 15" long, 12" high (with feet) and 11" deep.  

The lid is held open with a brass plated chain and it is fitted with brass plated hinges.

The domed top is standard. 

Please note: the Leather Handles are standard and come with the standard leather trim. You can also choose the solid Brass Handles from the options. Or you can just leave it plain with no handles. 

The color leather shown here is Black but can be ordered in  English Toast also. (Please see the Options page and click on "Larger Picture" for more pictures of the leather colors) You can also choose the color of straps and leather trim from the options.  

And if you want to secure your Chest you have a choice of: Black Hasp and Steel Padlock, Rusty Hasp and Rusty Padlock.  

A nice working "Heart" lock can also be added from the options.

The Box is stained with 2 coats of Black Walnut  inside and out. Black Walnut stain goes well with the Black and English Toast colored Suede. Please choose your favorite color from the options.
