This Kit includes all the parts you will need to build a Treasure Chest. All the wooden parts are pre-cut for easy assembly. Click on the printed instructions to see how easy it is to put together.
When you order 1 or more of the options you will be telling us how you intend to decorate the chest and we can make adjustments to your order. For instance, if you order the rope handles, we will send sides that have larger holes to accommodate the larger rope. Or if you order leather handles the sides won't have any holes at all. And if we don't understand, we'll call you.
A bare bones kit where you can pick your own options and make your own Pirate Chest, Disney Princess Box, Jewelry Box or Collectors Box. Paint it your favorite color or stain it and add leather trim to make it look like a Pirate Treasure Chest. The kit comes with no feet, no handles and no trim on the sides of the front and back. Then you can add your choice of wood, leather, or rope handles, wood feet and leather or wood trim. The other pictures show the size of the Big Boy size chest compared to the 18" Pirate Chest that we offer.
But... the Very Large 23" Value Pak kit will come with the brass hinges, brass chain (for the lid holder), brass tacks, and brass screw nails and screws, and is made of the same sturdy construction we are noted for. Solid wood construction Made in the USA.
You can also order the HideAway False Bottom option. This is a place in the bottom of the chest to hide secret stuff. You can add the felt liner to the False Bottom and use it as a display for jewelry or your favorite collection. The False Bottom comes with shelf clips so that you can move it closer to the top or bottom using the pre-drilled holes. A great choice.
You can also order the Toy Box Lid Support if you need something a little stronger.

Give this Memory Box as a Wedding Shower, Baby Shower gift.
The chest measures 18" wide x 12 " tall (14" with the feet added) and is 11" deep from front to back. It is painted white with either white, pink, pastel blue, violet, purple or pastel green accent trim included. Please choose from the options list. (Additional colors are shown in the other pictures. Or, for a more masculine look, a Memory Box can be stained and then can be trimmed with Black leather. Please order the pirate chest.

This Pirate Treasure Chest is trimmed in New Leather and hand rubbed with 2 coats of Black Walnut stain. A small tray can be ordered that can be used to store small treasures.
The top, front and back are smooth. No "pirate" slats on the top or front to give it that finished furniture look. Several options for accent trim are offered in the options.
It can also be used to store all those treasures like the current issue of Field and Game, rifle and shotgun cartridges, his/her favorite handgun or the last Nascar programs.
These Chests can be ordered in Black Walnut stain with Leather Trim, curved lid and your choice of handles (please make your selection from the options). Brass, Leather or no handles.
You can add the Pirate Buckles and Snaps from the options.
The lid is held open with a brass plated chain and it is fitted with brass plated hinges.
The domed top is standard.
Please note: the Leather Handles are standard and come with the standard leather trim. You can order the Antique or Bright Brass colored Latch on the front.

This Money Card Drop Box/Treasure Chest, with Free Brass Name Plate, will be a keepsake for years to come. It serves as a Wedding Reception Drop Box and then will store many memorabilia from the wedding and is big enough to hold the Brides Photo Album.
You can order a small or large jewelry tray that rides on a ledge close to the top of the chest. See the tray in the accessories list in the menu. And, it also has a secret false bottom hideaway that will store all those private things that you can choose from the options.
If you want a stained chest, please choose the Large 18" Pirate Chest and ask us to cut a money card drop slot in the top. Please make a note in the customer notes when you check out.
Hand made in the USA, it is made of White Pine and Imported Birch. Brass trim nails and tacks will decorate and reinforce the construction. A slot is cut in the top for the cards to pass through and can be seen in the photo.
Should you want to order the Pirate Chest #1 and use it as a drop box, please tell us to cut the slot in the customer notes section during checkout.
Painted "Gloss White" by Amish craftsmen in Ohio and given 2 coats of clear sealer, the Chest is then assembled with brass hinges, brass chain and a fancy bright brass latch on the front. Please select from the options.
You can also choose a small operational "Heart Lock" from the options. The Chest can be ordered with Solid Brass Handles or no handles at all. Please choose from the options.
Also choose the feet or no feet and whether you want the jewelry tray.
